Smart Refill Mode
The bowl refills itself
The scale watches how much food is left. When it drops below your threshold, the feeder tops it up automatically while staying inside your daily limit. Ideal for grazers.
Scheduled Feeding
Exact meals, exact times
Set meal times and portions in the app. Each portion is about 10 g (roughly 1/12 cup), up to 6 portions per dispense. Feed remotely any time with a tap.

Good to know before you buy
- Dry food only. Not for wet food, and not for dispensing medication.
- Keep the base dry. Only the bowl and bowl holder are washable. Wipe the area beneath with a damp cloth.
- Use a flat, stable surface. Thick or soft carpet can affect weighing accuracy.
- Replace desiccant every 14 days (two bags at a time) to keep food fresh. Recalibrate the scale after reassembly.
- *Alerts about changes in eating habits need a Petlibro Care subscription, available from PETLIBRO from $5.99 a month. All other tracking and alerts are included.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a full hopper last?
Around 30 days for a typical 5 kg adult cat eating about 80 g of dry food a day. The app tracks hopper level and warns you when food runs low.
Does it need separate batteries?
No. Every Granary 2 Series feeder has a built-in rechargeable backup battery for power cuts: up to 24 hours on Granary 2 and up to 48 hours on Vision, Vision Duo and X.
Can my cat knock food out of it?
No. The dispensing system is fully enclosed, so nudging, bumping or shaking the feeder will not release food.
Does the Vision Duo split food evenly?
Yes. Its dual-channel dispensing is designed to divide food evenly between both bowls, with less than 5% variance between sides, and each bowl is weighed independently.
Which model works for a small dog?
Granary 2. The Vision, Vision Duo and X are designed specifically for cats.
What kibble size should I use?
Dry kibble between 2 and 15 mm. Avoid oversized or irregular pieces such as large triangles, cubes or crescents over 9 mm, which can jam.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive within about a week anywhere in the US. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, and orders over $45 ship free.
