This website is operated by Jollumi. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Jollumi. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use your payment method.

3. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Screens differ, so colours may look slightly different in person. Product specifications and packaging can change at the manufacturer’s discretion. If a product is not as described, see our Refund Policy.

4. Third-party brands
We are an independent retailer. Unless stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands we sell. All brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.

5. Pet health and safety

If an item you ordered was priced incorrectly, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed purchase limits, or contain pricing or stock errors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

9. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Discounts apply only under their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end a promotion at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

If you post reviews, comments or photos, you confirm the content is yours, truthful and not offensive, unlawful or misleading. You give us permission to display, edit for length and use that content in connection with our store. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
